If an employee resigns or retires the employee should be archived.

  1. Where do the overall comments of an Audit show up in the report?

The overall comment appears at the top of the report. If the comment is for a single question, it will appear below the question in the report.

  1. Is the data kept in MOST secure?

MOST™ is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) under a business associate agreement. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up nightly. All accounts are password protected, with two-step sign-in for administrators and anyone else who chooses it, and an account is locked after repeated wrong passwords. PIL maintains HIPAA compliance and will sign a business associate agreement (BAA) at your request. Reports can omit audit names and any field designated as possibly containing PHI, audits can be locked, and the activity log is tamper-evident.

  1. What is an Organization Administrator?

In the Traditional Permissions Model this is one or more users at each organization who oversee creation of user accounts and other administrative aspects of the software.

  1. Some drop-down boxes are pretty long. Is there a fast way to find the entry I want?

Click on the drop-down and then type the first few characters of the item you want. Then use the mouse to select the item.

  1. When a user has been archived will their data still show up in reports?

Yes.

  1. A new version of our standard took effect. Do our reports have to choose one?

No. Reports cover every version of a standard, so a report that spans the change stays whole. See Question Sets and Versions of a Standard.

  1. Why does a policy document show a name in double brackets, like [[CEO]]?

That value has not been answered yet. Answer it on the Policy Documents screens and download the document again. See Most-Used Values.

  1. I lost my phone (or my security key). How do I sign in?

Use one of your recovery codes: after your password, choose Use a recovery code. MOST™ then takes you to set up your new phone or this computer. If you have no recovery codes left, ask an administrator to reset your two-step sign-in. See Two-Step Sign-In.
